These terms apply to every use of x-aisolutionstuning.com, the customer portal, the WinOLS reseller service and every purchase. By creating an account or placing an order you accept them.

1. Provider

X-AiSolutionsTuning.com, support@x-aisolutionstuning.com, WhatsApp / Telegram +972 50-305-5031.

2. Our services

  • Automated modification of engine and gearbox control-unit files (ECU / TCU) that you upload.
  • Files prepared by our engineers on request (tickets).
  • Airbag crash-data repair of module reads that you upload.
  • Free tools (hex compare, free FRF / SGO files), portal credits, subscriptions, and WinOLS / EVC reseller credits.

We deliver data files only. We do not read, write or install anything on a vehicle.

3. Off-road / motorsport use only

Solutions that change or switch off emission-related systems (for example DPF / GPF, EGR, AdBlue / SCR, catalyst, lambda, NOx, readiness), performance tuning and speed-limiter changes are intended exclusively for off-road, competition and motorsport vehicles that are not used on public roads.

In most countries, using such a file on a vehicle that is driven on public roads is illegal. It can void the vehicle’s type approval, road registration, insurance and warranty.

You alone are responsible for checking and following the laws of your country, and for how and where you use any file you receive from us.

We do not offer, and you must not ask for, odometer / mileage manipulation.

Immobiliser, key and airbag services are only for vehicles and control units that you own or are authorised to repair. We may ask for proof and refuse any order without giving a reason.

4. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old. You must give a valid e-mail address and keep your password secret.
  • One account per person or business. Accounts may not be shared or resold.
  • We may suspend an account that is misused. Misuse includes trying to get services without paying, automated abuse, or breaking these terms.

5. Your files and your responsibility

  • Always keep a copy of your original read. We are not a backup service.
  • Only upload full, correct reads from the correct control unit. Choose the correct module or ECU.
  • Checksums: unless stated otherwise, the files we deliver are not checksum-corrected. You must correct the checksum with your flashing tool, or with WinOLS and its checksum module, before you write the file.
  • Reading and writing control units always carries a risk. Use suitable, up-to-date tools, a stable power supply and the correct procedure.

6. Prices, credits and subscriptions

  • Prices are shown in EUR. VAT is not charged at the moment.
  • Portal credits are used for tuning stages, gearbox (TCU) tuning, Pops & Bangs, launch control, hard cut and airbag repairs. A credit is taken only when a file is delivered. If a job fails, the credits are given back automatically.
  • A subscription (monthly or yearly) unlocks automatic processing and the system solutions, within the fair-use limit of 10 files per day. It does not renew automatically.
  • Credits and subscriptions are personal. They cannot be exchanged for cash, except as stated in our Refund Policy.
  • WinOLS / EVC credits are added to your EVC account. From then on, EVC’s terms also apply to them.

7. Delivery of digital content

Files are delivered immediately as a download. If you are a consumer in the EU, when you order you agree that delivery starts immediately, and you confirm that you know you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the file has been delivered. Details are in our Refund Policy.

8. Liability

  • Our files are checked against your exact software number, but we cannot guarantee that a file is suitable for your vehicle, engine condition or hardware changes.
  • As far as the law allows, we are not liable for damage to vehicles, engines, gearboxes, control units or other parts. We are also not liable for lost data, fines, failed inspections, lost registration or insurance cover, or consequential damage, caused by using our files or by not following section 3 or 5.
  • Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
  • Liability for intent, gross negligence and death or personal injury is not limited where the law forbids it.

9. Availability

We aim for 24/7 operation of automatic processing but cannot guarantee it. Support by ticket and messenger is available 10:00 – 18:00 (Israel time).

10. Intellectual property

Our solutions, software and website content belong to us. You may use a delivered file only for the vehicle it was made for. Reselling or publishing our solutions is not allowed.

11. Privacy

How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes and final provisions

We may change these terms. The version that applies to an order is the one valid when the order was placed. If one clause is invalid, the rest stays valid. Mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence are not affected.
