Refund Policy

Everything we sell is digital and delivered instantly, so refunds work differently from physical goods. This page explains exactly when you get your money or credits back.

1. Failed jobs: automatic refund

If an automatic job cannot be completed, no credits are taken, or they are given back right away. You do not need to ask. This covers jobs where the software is not supported, the read is partial, a solution cannot be applied safely, or the server cannot be reached. The same applies to an airbag repair that finds no crash data, or a read that does not match the selected module.

2. Delivered files

Once a file has been delivered (downloaded), it cannot be returned, and the credits used for it are not refunded. If a file we delivered does not work as described, open a ticket within 7 days with your original read and a description of the problem. We will fix the file, or refund the credits for it if it cannot be fixed.

3. Unused portal credits

Credits you bought and have not used at all can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Write to support@x-aisolutionstuning.com with your order number. After 14 days, or once any credits of that order have been used, the order is not refundable.

4. Subscriptions

A subscription can be refunded within 14 days of purchase if no file was processed with it. After the first processed file, the subscription is not refundable, but it stays active until its end date. Subscriptions do not renew automatically, so you never need to cancel.

5. WinOLS / EVC credits

WinOLS credits are transferred to your EVC account immediately. They can be refunded only if they are still fully unused in your EVC account. In that case we take them back from your EVC account and refund the payment.

6. EU consumers: right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a contract. For digital content that is delivered immediately, this right ends as soon as delivery starts. You agree to this, and confirm that you know it, when you place the order. Purchases of credits or subscriptions that you have not used at all are covered by sections 3 and 4 above.

7. How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 working days. For crypto payments we refund the EUR amount of the order in the same coin, to a wallet address you give us. Network fees are deducted.
