Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data X-AiSolutionsTuning (“we”, “us”) collects when you use x-aisolutionstuning.com and its portal, why we collect it, who receives it and what rights you have.

2. What we collect

3. Legal basis (GDPR, where it applies)
- Contract (Art. 6(1)(b)): account, processing your files, orders, credits, tickets.
- Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)): keeping invoices and order records.
- Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)): security, abuse prevention, error logs.
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): statistics and marketing cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time.
4. Who receives your data
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers we need to run the portal:
- Website hosting: Bluehost / Newfold Digital (USA), which hosts the website and its database.
- Cloudflare (USA), which provides secure connections to our processing servers.
- Our own processing servers, which receive the files you upload, your account e-mail and the job details.
- EVC electronic GmbH (Germany, WinOLS). If you enter your EVC number, it receives that number and the credit amounts. EVC may then e-mail you directly.
- Payment providers (Stripe, PayPal, Cryptomus). They receive the data needed for the payment. We never see or store your full card data.
- E-mail delivery, for account, password and order e-mails.
- Telegram, for internal notifications to our team about new tickets and jobs. These contain your account name and job details.
- Google Analytics / Jetpack (WordPress.com), for visit statistics, only with your consent.
Some of these providers are outside the EU/EEA. Where the GDPR applies, transfers are covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
5. How long we keep it
- Accounts that are never activated are deleted automatically after 48 hours.
- Airbag reads are kept on our server for 30 days, then deleted.
- Files uploaded for automatic processing are processed in memory and not stored. Files sent with a ticket are kept until the ticket is handled. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
- Your account data is kept while your account exists. Order and invoice records are kept as long as tax law requires.
- Security logs are kept for a limited time, normally no longer than 90 days.
6. Cookies
We use necessary cookies for login, shopping cart and security, so the site cannot work without them. With your consent we also use statistics cookies (Google Analytics, Jetpack). You can change your choice at any time with the cookie banner or by deleting cookies in your browser.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data. You can also restrict or object to its processing, receive a copy of it (portability) and withdraw consent. Write to support@x-aisolutionstuning.com. We answer within 30 days. If you live in the EU/EEA you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
8. Security
All connections use HTTPS. Passwords are stored encrypted, payment data is handled only by the payment providers, and access to our processing servers is protected by secret keys.
9. Children
Our services are for adults and businesses only. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top always shows the current version.
